Prison Ministry
Above left: John Booth from Hamilton Elim was in the Philippines recently. Here he takes a Bible study at the prison in Bohol.
Above centre: Paul Booth (front) meets some of the prisoners and their wives and families at the BDRC prison church service. BDRC is the regional prison
while CTRC is the city prison. The regional prison is where the wives and children are able to visit more freely. Staff from Shepherd's Arms Foundation
visit both prisons once a week to take the church service. Next photo: Pastor Dexter counts out soap to distribute to the inmates. In these prisons soap is a luxury and not an automatic right.
Bible study Philippine style!
Above: These children live in squatter areas in Tagbilaran. Most have no opportunity to go to school so teams from Shepherd's Arms regularly visit the area and run Bible studies for the children. The adults also like to have Bible studies.
Feeding the poor
Shepherd's Arms Foundation regularly prepare food to help the poor in the squatter areas.
Church ministry
Above left: Martin visits the mother of one of the children at the Children's Home. The mother couldn't
afford to support her child and asked Shepherd's Arms to take the child in.
Above right: Amy visits one of the church members. This woman is a committed church member and walks
several miles to church rain or shine!
